Responsibilities

• Set up banquet locations and break down after service.
• Deliver and present food to clients professionally.
• Provide quality service for sit-down banquets.
• Communicate menus, wines, and dressings with guests.
• Set up and break down food and beverage locations for receptions.
• Lead Bus Persons and extra help when needed.
• Set up and break down buffets, dining tables, and VIP rooms.
• Follow delivery and function sheets, and keep areas clean.
