Job summary

Legends Global is seeking part-time Event Staff for venues in Rockford, IL. Under direction of the Guest Services and Security Manager, you will support guest experience, assist with seating, ticket scanning, and security procedures during events.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training will cover venue policies and safety procedures, and opportunities for advancement may be available within Legends'

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures and event requirements.
• Ability to provide access control and crowd management for venue safety.
• Ability to scan tickets and assist guest entry and parking areas.
• Ability to work extended, irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary guest assistance in seating areas.
• Maintain restricted areas and ensure security as needed.
• Assist guests during events and communicate clearly with team.
• Operate elevator and assist with venue operations as required.
