Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in event security is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service duties and directs guests to seats, restrooms, concessions, etc.
• Scans tickets and provides data to the Box Office Manager.
• Monitors access areas and seating areas; reports hazards.
• Provides assistance to patrons before, during, and after events.
• Directs customers to seats, restrooms, first aid, etc.
• Performs visual inspections to prevent contraband from entering the facility.
• Maintains a safe and comfortable environment for patrons.
• Monitors and manages crowd control.
