Delaware North Sportservice seeks a part-time Scheduling Coordinator for UBS Arena in Elmont, NY. The role focuses on onboarding and administrative tasks, with duties spanning training creation, records, hiring support, and shift scheduling.

Ideal candidates bring training admin experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and good communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; part-time, on-site position with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver associate training programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure scheduled team members are up to date with their training and compliant with policies.
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
• Assist team members with onboarding, including badging, uniforms, and timeclock setup.
• Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
• Maintain communication with employees about the schedule and event updates.
• Check in team members at shift start to ensure proper stand placement for events.
• Make real-time adjustments based on staffing levels.
• Responsible for 600+ concessions employees.
• Review timecards for missed punches and transfers.
