Insignia Event Services in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Operations Lead for part-time hourly work to oversee on-site tasks during events at State Farm Stadium and other venues.

You will supervise a team of part-time crew, coordinate asset handling, set-up, breakdown, and quality control under the Operations Manager, and ensure safety and efficient execution.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, physical stamina, and availability on weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Must have at least 2 years of event operations experience.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively and give clear directions.
• Must work well in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and executes tasks with Operations Crew Members to ensure task completion according to guidelines.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one time.
• Provide direct and clear instructions to part-time team members.
• Performs quality control on project tasks maintaining standards.
• Supports Operations Teams during event hours of operation.
• Creates an inviting, welcoming atmosphere when interfacing with patrons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
