Insignia Event Services is the Arizona-based events partner for State Farm Stadium, delivering hands-on operations for games and events. The Operations Lead will supervise a part-time crew, ensuring tasks are completed, safety standards are met, and patrons experience a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes field work, coordination across departments, and responsive support during events, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• At least 2 years of event operations experience.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Must maintain a positive attitude under time constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and executes specific tasks with the support of Operations Crew Members to ensure task completion according to guidelines established by the Operations Manager.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to overcome obstacles with creative solutions.
• Ability to provide direct and clear instructions to part-time team members.
• Performs quality control on project tasks maintaining the standards established by the Operations Manager.
• Supports Operations Teams during event hours of operation to complete any incoming requests.
• Creates an inviting, welcoming, and positive atmosphere when interfacing with patrons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
