Job summary

Toussaint Productions is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will coordinate transportation, manage schedules, and work closely with vendors and team members to oversee the delivery, setup, and teardown of equipment for our events.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends during wedding seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics planning for events, including transportation, equipment delivery, and setup/takedown schedules.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics.
• Maintain detailed schedules and documentation related to event logistics and production timelines.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of event / production equipment and materials.
• Resolve logistical issues proactively and efficiently to minimize disruptions during events.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and train other team members in that equipment.
• Support event staff during setup, events, and teardown as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
• Assist with administrative duties related to logistics coordination as required.
