Job summary

Toussaint Productions is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will coordinate transportation, manage schedules, and oversee equipment delivery for events and productions in the mid-Atlantic region.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be available for 8-16 hours per week during wedding seasons.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics coordination, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability to work 8-16 hours per week during wedding seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics planning for events, including transportation, equipment delivery, and setup/takedown schedules.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics.
• Maintain detailed schedules and documentation related to event logistics and production timelines.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of event / production equipment and materials.
• Resolve logistical issues proactively and efficiently to minimize disruptions during events.
