Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Cook at the Grand Rapids venues in Grand Rapids, MI. This role supports the culinary team by preparing, measuring, and portioning food items while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education is desired.
• Participation/enrollment in culinary program a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in back-of-the-house line position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly prepares, measures, and portions all food items in a timely manner.
• Complies with quality standards, rules, policies and procedures.
• Uses kitchen equipment safely to prep and cook items.
• Maintains proper food temperatures, freshness, and quality of all menu items.
• Packages products to proper specifications.
• Follows health codes and sanitation regulations.
• Performs opening, closing and side work according to guidelines.
• Keeps workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
• Supports waste-control guidelines and records spoilage.
