Job summary

Art Craft Display in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Part-Time Crew Member/Service Desk to support event management. You will assist exhibitors with on-site orders and payments at the service desk during expos, and perform related duties to ensure smooth operations.

As a crew member, you will install and dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, displays, while meeting schedules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the service desk at events and deliver positive customer experience.
• Assist exhibitors with onsite orders and payment processing.
• Install and dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, displays and related hardware.
• Work as a crew member when not operating the service desk.
• Load and unload materials for shows.
• Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for shows.
