Job summary

ART CRAFT DISPLAY INC in Grand Rapids is seeking a Crew Member/Service Desk for part-time hours. The role involves supporting event management, assisting exhibitors with orders, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service at trade shows and expos.

As a service desk team member, you will also help with setup/dismantling of displays and related equipment, and you may work as a crew member when not at the desk, averaging 20–25 hours per week with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with knowledge of general office practices.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate the service desk at events and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Assist exhibitors with onsite orders, payments, and questions.
• Set up and dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpet, and displays as directed.
