Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Warehouse Associate to support outbound/inbound operations in a distribution setting. You will follow SOPs to pick,Quality check, sort, wrap and prepare pallets for shipment, using material handling equipment as needed. Cross-training across warehouse areas is expected.

The role requires reading and writing English, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Overtime potential and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Read and write in English.
• Prev. material handling experience preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC checks, sort, palletize, pack and ship.
• Pick large items with equipment or small units to designated carts.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate RF equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies.
