Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound or outbound operations. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, ensuring quality and safety while meeting productivity standards.

Training starts on day one, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple warehouse zones. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work overtime with little notice.

Qualifications

• Applicants with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• RF scanner or voice-picking experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders; pick, QC, sort, palletize, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Operate WMS to check in/out products; use material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
