Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will receive products, scan with RF equipment, and help replenish shelves while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. Training will cover safety and equipment like forklifts and pickers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an 8+ hour shift
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various areas
• Work at heights up to 25 feet consistently
• Follow safety regulations including PPE like steel-toed shoes and safety harness

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse
• Receive large boxes on warehouse dock, scan product with RF scanner, input product information into computers
• Break down cases of product and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse
• Palletize large items to skid and wrap for shipment
• Pack small items in boxes
• Drive material handling equipment as required by job duty
• Example equipment includes order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, walkie rider
