Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, MN is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate daily care in a home-like setting. You will help with daily activities, bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, while supporting residents with dignity and respect.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and shift options with no mandated extra shifts; training and potential CNA reimbursement are offered to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• DHS background study is required.
• Able to provide care with dignity in a home-like Assisted Living setting.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; under 18 may be considered only if CNA licensed where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing activities.
• Dressing and Grooming assistance.
• Feeding support for residents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares
