Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, MN is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a home-like setting. You will assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia-related behaviors, while supporting medications and safety.

We offer flexible shifts (including 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) with no mandated extra shifts, plus benefits like PTO, health/dental insurance for full-time, a 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement.

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations
