Job summary

Springvale Assisted Living in Humboldt, IA is seeking a Part-Time Medication Manager for evening shifts (2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 4:00 PM–9:00 PM). Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Prior Medication Manager experience in Nursing Home or Assisted Living.
• Ability to perform duties with ADA accommodations and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs of supervision and care for Tenants of Assisted Living.
• Assist Tenants with activities of daily living and monitor health needs per Service Plan.
• Escort Tenants to meals and maintain cleanliness per schedule.
• Supervise activities to enhance physical, social, and emotional well-being of Tenants.
• Administer medications as directed and document appropriately in Tenant charts.
