Job summary

Humboldt County Memorial Hospital in Humboldt, IA is seeking a part-time CMA/Universal Worker to support Springvale Assisted Living. Shifts are 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM, with every other weekend and holiday, 64 hours per pay period.

The role includes medication management under supervision, daily living assistance, housekeeping, and activity support. Part-time employees receive a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, PTO and sick leave from day one.

Qualifications

• Prior CNA or Medication Manager experience in Nursing Home or Assisted Living preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (dressing, bathing, hygiene) and support per Service Plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor tenants’ status.
• Support medication management under supervision and document as required.
• Support housekeeping and dining duties per Service Plan.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality assurance activities.
