Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Iowa Medication Manager Certification or Iowa Certified Medication Aide certification.
• Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Give residents their medications and limited topical treatments, under supervision.
• Help residents with daily activities based on care plans.
• Watch residents for changes in condition and report to clinical staff.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• Follow Iowa medication management rules and Elm Crest care policies.
