Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in Plano, TX. You’ll work evenings (8:00pm–finish, about 2–3 hours) with an open-bed pickup truck, using our field app for timekeeping and reporting. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck is required at most properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory nightly trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to weather conditions.
