Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for evening doorstep trash and recycling collection in Carrollton, TX. Work Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm–finish (about 2–3 hours). No prior experience needed; training provided. You must own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license and smartphone to use our field app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s cutting-edge field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service and light community cleanliness tasks.
