Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. An open-bed pickup truck is required for most properties, and you will work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Roles involve using our field app for timekeeping and reporting, and duties may include porter services and low-impact maintenance tasks in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must own an open-bed pickup truck.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned trash tote/cart to collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
• Operate the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash to on-site dumpsters/areas safely.
• Perform additional services as assigned (porter service, bulk items, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure workflow.
