Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a part-time team member for Castle Pointe at Baywinde in Baytowne (New York). You will greet residents, assist visitors, answer calls, monitor safety systems, and handle packages and administrative tasks while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires clear English communication, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents and families.
Answer telephone calls.
Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
Receive and deliver packages, plants and prescriptions as requested.
Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
Ensure timely response to resident/family/employee concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors and coworkers.
Other duties as assigned.
