Lake Country Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge/Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will maintain the front lobby, manage supplies, and assist with scheduling and onboarding activities, while ensuring resident dignity and a welcoming environment.

The role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, families, visitors and staff with customer service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and manage supplies; schedule copier/printer maintenance as needed.
• Assist management with administrative scheduling: meetings, trainings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
• Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents.
