Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York seeks a part-time ESOL-Workforce Development Instructor to design and deliver contextualized healthcare ESOL for learners who will pursue CNA training. You will align ESOL content with CNA requirements and work with the Bridge to Healthcare program at the International Center.

The role emphasizes instructional design, data tracking, and collaboration with the Center staff to support student progression and successful completion of CNA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education, ESOL or related field; Masters preferred.
• Experience with multi-level adult ESOL learners in community settings.
• Experience with digital instruction including remote/hybrid platforms.
• BEST Plus 3.0 experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Curriculum design and delivery of a six-month healthcare ESOL course.
• Hold weekly office hours; assess language proficiency and goals.
• Participate in professional development and meetings.
• Track attendance, class surveys, and funder reports.
• Provide admin support and substitute as needed.
