Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a full-time Student Support and Training Coordinator for ESOL and workforce programs at the International Center. This role supports the Bridge to Healthcare program, recruiting adult learners and guiding them through training and placement with employers.

Under the supervision of the Workforce Project Manager, you will provide individualized support, manage intake, translate materials into Spanish when needed, and help track

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training related to the position.
• Experience working with clients/students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Community outreach experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual support to ESOL and workforce program participants.
• Assist with participant recruitment and outreach, including presentations/workshops.
• Translate materials into Spanish as needed.
• Register and track participant data in ECM and other databases.
