This part-time role involves evening classes, coordination with the program staff, and ongoing student support to help participants progress toward CNA certification and improved English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or ESOL or related field.
• Experience with multi-level adult ESOL learners in diverse settings.
• Experience with digital instruction and remote/hybrid learning platforms.
• Experience with BEST Plus 3.0 preferred.
• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds and community outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a six‑month contextualized healthcare ESOL course aligned to CNA training.
• Hold weekly office hours and support students toward identified goals.
• Coordinate with staff and CCCS services to assist student needs outside class.
• Participate in professional development, designated meetings, and events.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist with program reporting.
