UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in Marlborough. The role is part-time, evenings, 24 hours per week, with a schedule of 2:45 PM–11:15 PM. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ER, perform assessments, and coordinate discharge planning alongside a supportive team.

Required MA RN licensure and BLS; ACLS and BSN preferred. The department emphasizes respect, teamwork, and high-quality patient care in a diverse environment.

Formación

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/unit certifications as applicable.
• BSN degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform patient assessment and coordinate discharge planning.
• Supervise and delegate within the clinical team as appropriate.
• Uphold standards of respect and professional conduct in care delivery.
