Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Marlborough, MA, with a 12-hour evening shift and a 24-hour weekly schedule. The role emphasizes patient care from admission to discharge, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or required as noted.
• BSN highly preferred per addendum.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Documents patient care per policy and contributes to quality improvement.
