Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Marlborough ER. This non-exempt, night-shift position offers a 12-hour shift (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with a 40-hour baseline, and a pay range of $38.65 to $78.34 per hour; final offer prorated for any reduced schedules.

A signing bonus may be available; eligibility discussed at interview. You will use the nursing process from admission to discharge, perform assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, collaborate with other providers, and

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required depending on unit.
• Experience in or knowledge of emergency department care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process from admission to discharge for diverse patient populations.
• Delegates and coordinates care and documents per policy.
• Administers medications and supports treatment in line with procedures.
