Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.

• Utilizes the Nursing Process from admission to discharge for patient care.
• Performs patient assessment and develops care plans.
• Directs and coordinates nursing care within the unit.
• Administers medications and assists physicians as needed.
• Contributes to education and staff development.
• Participates in quality improvement and governance activities.
