Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Part-Time EP Lab Tech to join our cardiovascular team. The role supports diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, provides equipment operation, monitoring, and scrub assistance, with no on-call requirements.

Typical shift is 6:30am to 5:00pm; candidates must be able to pick up at least two 10-hour shifts. This position emphasizes patient care, precision, and teamwork within the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Certification as RCIS, RCES or ARRT, or 3 years of Cath Lab/EP experience.
• CVT Tech certification is preferred.
• Allied Health Degree required.
• Current BLS from AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Identify steps in procedures and provide technical assistance for EP studies.
• Scrub, prepare supplies and sterile field for electrophysiology procedures.
• Operate equipment and monitor hemodynamic/ECG data.
• Inject contrast media as directed and document patient information.
• Coordinate procedure scheduling and assist with inventory control.
