Job summary

Family Dollar in Lebanon, NH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain cash controls while delivering friendly, efficient service. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; lifting 30–50 lbs is required. Flexible hours and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
