Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our Enfield, NH store and provide a positive shopping experience. You will help customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and team members.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and follow store procedures. Part-time hours available with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as listed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
