Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support provider credentialing and enrollment processes across multiple states. You will manage credentialing documents, prepare payer applications, and maintain key enrollment portals to ensure timely provider activation.

The role partners with COL and other stakeholders, with a focus on accurate data, timely updates, and efficient communication. A minimum of 2 years of credentialing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful work experience in physician credentialing and/or physician enrollment.
• Experience with provider credentialing databases/websites/portals (CAQH, NPPES and PECOS).
• Experience with Modio software preferred.
• Working knowledge of the revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities

• Receives notifications from the Clinician Onboarding Liaison (COL) and works with the recruiting team during onboarding.
• Maintains provider credentialing documents for new and existing providers, including expiring docs.
• Prepares payer credentialing applications and communicates status to providers and Credentialing Committee.
• Meets monthly with health plans to obtain statuses and address issues such as holds/denials.
• Escalates Provider credentialing and payer issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintains credentialing databases/websites/portals and updates payer paperwork for re-validations.
