Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Enrollment Coordinator to support credentialing and enrollment for providers across multiple states. This remote role offers flexible 20 hours per week and involves collaboration with the Clinician Onboarding Liaison and recruiting teams to ensure timely credentialing and payer enrollment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful work experience in physician credentialing and/or physician enrollment.
• Experience with provider credentialing databases/websites/portals (e.g.- CAQH, NPPES and PECOS).
• Experience with Modio software preferred.
• Working knowledge of the revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities

• Receives notifications from the Clinician Onboarding Liaison and works with the recruiting team during onboarding of providers.
• Maintains provider credentialing documents, including expiring ones.
• Provides information for Credentialing Committee review and approval.
• Escalates credentialing or payor issues to Director as needed.
• Tracks and prepares applications for payer credentialing.
• Performs payer research and updates credentialing reports.
• Communicates updates to Providers and handles state requirements for new facilities.
• Onboards facilities/locations into new markets and coordinates enrollment with stakeholders.
