Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support provider credentialing and enrollment across states. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain CAQH/NPPES/PECOS portals, and prepare payer paperwork for new facilities. This role interfaces with COL, payors, and internal teams to ensure timely enrollment.

Flex hours total about 20 per week, with potential for growth. Experience in credentialing and revenue cycle processes is preferred, with training provided to new staff.

Competenze

• Experience with provider credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES and PECOS portals.
• Revenue cycle knowledge and attention to regulatory details.

Mansioni

• Receives notifications from COL and supports onboarding of providers.
• Maintains credentialing documents and expiring paperwork.
• Prepares payer paperwork and enrollment applications for new facilities.
• Researches state requirements and collaborates with key stakeholders.
• Meets monthly with health plans to resolve claims issues and denials.
