The tutor assists with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel usage, helps students navigate MCC systems, and participates in scheduled activities. A GPA of 3.25+ and a completed or in-progress Associate’s degree are preferred; background check is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in progress or completed with overall GPA of 3.25 or better.
• English grade of B or better.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with understanding assignments and concepts in English.
• Assist students with academic applications of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Help students navigate MCC systems and software.
