Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Must pass background check.
• College-level tutoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the Math Center.
• Offers informal academic assistance to students in math coursework.
• Assists students, faculty and staff in using college software and computer‑aided instruction.
• Conducts workshops in math skills, study strategies and learning technologies.
• Assists students in recognizing and applying study skills.
• Promotes LSS services through classroom visits and outreach.
• Checks and schedules maintenance of computer stations and software applications.
• Attends work and functions as scheduled.
