Job summary

Jackson Lewis is seeking an Endpoint Configuration Specialist (Part-Time) to prepare, configure, and deploy endpoint devices for our national offices. You will work from the National Operations Center and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, reliable device setups and lifecycle management.

Role offers approximately 20 hours per week in the NY metro area. Responsibilities include device provisioning, inventory maintenance, and support across offices, with occasional travel for deployments

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic computer hardware and peripheral issues.
Willingness to learn new technologies in an enterprise IT environment.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment and shipping materials as needed.

Responsibilities

Configure, provision, and prepare laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and other endpoint equipment for deployment.
Stage, enroll, and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, and related endpoint management technologies.
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure devices are properly configured, secure, fully functional, and ready for deployment.
Package, ship, receive, and track endpoint equipment for employees and offices nationwide.
Maintain accurate hardware inventory, asset records, warranty information, and lifecycle documentation.
Manage endpoint-related incidents, service requests, tasks, and asset records within ServiceNow.
