Job summary

Jackson Lewis is seeking an Endpoint Configuration Specialist (Part-Time) to prepare, configure, and deploy endpoint devices for our national offices. You will work from the National Operations Center and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, reliable device setups and lifecycle management.

Role offers approximately 20 hours per week in the NY metro area. Responsibilities include device provisioning, inventory maintenance, and support across offices, with occasional travel for deployments

Responsibilities

• Configure, provision, and prepare laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and other endpoint equipment for deployment.
• Stage, enroll, and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, and related endpoint management technologies.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure devices are properly configured, secure, fully functional, and ready for deployment.
• Package, ship, receive, and track endpoint equipment for employees and offices nationwide.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory, asset records, warranty information, and lifecycle documentation.
• Manage endpoint-related incidents, service requests, tasks, and asset records within ServiceNow.

Working from the National Operations Center alongside experienced IT professionals, this role ensures employees receive secure, reliable, and properly configured technology while supporting endpoint deployment, hardware repairs, inventory management, asset lifecycle activities, and operational support across the firm's offices.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in enterprise IT.
