Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Endpoint Configuration Specialist (Part-Time, ~20 hours per week) to deploy, configure, and support endpoint devices from the National Operations Center, serving offices nationwide.

You will use Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Active Directory, manage inventory and assets, perform hardware repairs, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure a secure, reliable workplace. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical education, coursework, certifications, or demonstrated passion for Information Technology.
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and peripherals; multi-tasking capability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within an enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and prepare endpoint devices for deployment (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals).
  • Stage and manage devices using Intune, Autopilot, and Active Directory.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure devices are secure, functional, and deployment-ready.
  • Handle hardware repairs, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
  • Package, ship, receive, and track equipment across offices nationwide.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and lifecycle documentation.
