Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential buildings and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures and report irregularities.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately per reporting procedures.
