Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology/telecom location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
