Qualifications

• EMT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas including perimeter and access points.
• Monitor location access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report unusual activity to leadership.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and on time.
