Job summary

Integrated Resource Institute seeks a compassionate Employment Coach to mentor individuals with developmental disabilities in Sonoma County, CA. The role focuses on job development, on-the-job supports, and helping clients secure integrated employment aligned with their skills and goals.

The position offers a varied schedule, weekends/evenings as needed, and mileage/cell phone reimbursements plus placement bonus incentives. Starting rate is $24.00/hour with up to 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience.
• Job development and on-the-job support experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities preferably in community integrated settings.
• Strong organization, communication and writing skills. Proficient with computers and online platforms.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Understands and practices IRI’s mission and embraces person-centered values.
• Demonstrates respectful and dignified interaction with IRI persons served and stakeholders.
• Implements a normalized community integrated employment focused service.
• Develops integrated work schedules and competitive employment placements.
• Maintains documentation and attends staff training as assigned.
