Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organization, communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with computers and online platforms (some remote services).
• Commitment to inclusion and integrated employment for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of the Support Manager, deliver job development and on-the-job supports.
• Develop integrated work schedules and identify integrated work settings.
• Support individuals with disabilities in securing competitive employment.
• Maintain documentation and communications with circle of support and supervisors.
• Collaborate with employers and community partners to create opportunities.
