Job summary

Integrated Resources Institute seeks an Employment Coach to mentor individuals with developmental disabilities at job sites in Napa and Sonoma Counties, including Santa Rosa. The role covers job development, planning, and on-the-job supports within a person-centered framework.

The position offers a varied schedule with evening/weekend opportunities, a comprehensive benefits overview, and a focus on meaningful community employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Job development and on-the-job support experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities preferably in community integrated settings.
• Strong organization, communication and writing skills; proficient with computers/online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities at their job sites.
• Assist with job development and placement in Napa and Sonoma Counties.
• Coordinate transportation and access to community resources.
• Develop individualized employment plans and activities with the circle of support.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders.
