Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) in Pikesville, MD is seeking a part-time Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our front-line ER team. You’ll work alongside doctors delivering gold-standard, compassionate care for a wide range of emergencies, from triage to treatment, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.

Ideal candidates are credentialed CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT with 1+ year of veterinary tech experience, preferably in emergency or specialty medicine.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in the state of practice required.
• 1+ year of experience as a veterinary technician; emergency or specialty preferred.
• AVMA-accredited program graduates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care from triage through discharge.
• Assist with diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
