Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Emergency Call Coordination in Framingham, MA. You will coordinate communications, monitor activity, dispatch resources, and support timely responses to security incidents at a busy retail location.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security personnel; receive calls and relay information to the team.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate with site leadership and responders as needed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports.
• Conduct regular patrols around the location to identify unusual activity and maintain a professional environment.
